Hello,

I've suffered with piles on and off for years, especially the past year.

But since 20 weeks I've had a flare up of a rather large one, a new one!

I thought I would in pregnancy as I'm prone to them. But not sure how to treat anymore...

So far I do:

  • sitz bath - once a day
  • germoloids - 3 times a day
  • witch hazel on cotton wall - 2 times a day
  • sorry if TMI - try pushing them back in but come out - so not sure if they are actually external and thrombosed.

Does anyone have any treatment tips or creams that helped?

I've wrote to the doctors and haven't heard back - but they will probably say they can't give me anything stronger because I'm pregnant.

Any tips welcome! Thank you x
