Tummy/back pain and discomfort at 7 weeks is it normal?

Hi, I’m about 7 1/2 weeks pregnant with my first baby, I’ve been having cramps and discomfort with no bleeding. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m starting to get worried and have booked in an private early pregnancy scan in a few days

In both my pregnancies I had period cramps, I was convinced at any moment I’d start bleeding and get my period. Right up til beyond 4 months pregnant I had cramps. My babies are now 7 & 5 so don’t panic, it doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong.
