Yohoo! Hi there, I am due September 1st as from last night! We had our private scan (reassurance) and I was measured at 6w 2\3 days, I thought I was 6w 5 days but hey ho! Consultant said that could change And I might measure further on at a later scan 🙂
Baby had a beautiful beating heart and we were so delighted. We have 3 children Here with us and 3Mc (two missed) so thankful all is healthy so far! Good luck to each and every one of you, xx

Milligan85 · 09/01/2021 11:05

Also I tried uploading PIC of the little bean but it won't let me, it says successfully uploaded but doesn't show 🤷 xx

Idreamof2more · 09/01/2021 11:59

@Tealchoc still a strong line I can’t really see much difference but second line may be a bit darker. Everything crossed for you xxx

Noornie · 09/01/2021 15:50

Hiya :) I’m due 8th September too - found out super early at Christmas Eve! Just wanted to pop on the thread as there was another thread earlier for September 2021 and we made a Facebook group if anyone fancied joining :) it’s set to private so no one can see you’re a member without being in the group so friends / family won’t know you’ve joined :)

Hi everyone and congratulations! I think I’m due around 19th-20th September. We’d been trying for four months and in December I decided to have a break from temperature tracking and OPKs. I’ve done FRERs for the last three days and they are faint but getting darker. I don’t think AF is even due until tomorrow!
I tested early as I really felt different. My boobs are swollen and heavy and so painful! I also have dry mouth with a metallic taste and keep waking up in the night. I also had a dream about a week ago that I got a positive test, it was a sign!

rachelleah · 09/01/2021 16:41

@MrsZJ congratulations! I'm in the same boat. AF was due today and got the positive pregnancy test yesterday after wondering why my boobs were so painful. Due around the same time!

MrsZJ · 09/01/2021 16:47

@rachelleah congratulations to you too!

@Inhaleexhale23 I’m a teacher too and not sure when to tell school. I’ve told my husband and don’t really plan to tell anyone else for a while, but I feel that I might have to tell work early due to covid.

clm1987 · 09/01/2021 21:00

Thank you for the FB group link @Noornie ! Hopefully it's easier to reply and track convos on there than here 😂 congrats to all and to those who are worrying like I am after and MC last year, I'm thinking of you, these early weeks are so hard and the cramping and spotting being potentially both normal and bad signs is a nightmare! Wishing everyone the absolute best 💜

MrsZJ · 11/01/2021 12:06

@Greatconnection I’ve only told my husband (obviously!) and I phoned the doctors today so that’s the first time I’ve said it aloud to someone else! I found out on Thursday. I think we will keep it between just the two of us for now. How about you?
We’d like to do an early scan so we might tell close family after that.

Greatconnection · 11/01/2021 12:54

@mrszj ok sure yes i do feel that certain people need to know just as gp as youve said ,well i was a bit sceptical in telling my work however due to the high covid risk out there they need to know so ive told my boss but also told her dont tell the other managers untill more further on ESPECIALLY as there is a manager who has been trying for over 3 yrs didn't want to be insensitive for her to find out straight away. I spoken to payroll and if and wen the risk goes up again by the government then i can shield with pay

Found out I’m pregnant on Friday! According to calculator due 16th September Smile I’m happy and anxious, this is my first time!

I have cramping, sore breast, and feeling so tired!! I’m on furlough at the moment so at least I have plenty of time to rest!

MrsZJ · 11/01/2021 17:54

I wrote a reply but I don’t think it sent ...

@Greatconnection I think I’m due around 19th/20th but don’t know exactly when I ovulated as I was having a month off of tracking! I’ve only known for five days and I’m already so anxious about something going on wrong so I’ve been looking into early reassurance scans, they seem to cost about £80, has anyone looked into this? I’m thinking maybe at 8-10 weeks?!

@GMC93 It’s my first time too, I’m so excited!

I want to ask loads of questions to my friends with babies, but I want to keep it between just me and my husband for now. I guess that’s what mumsnet is for!

Greatconnection · 11/01/2021 18:48

@mrszj ahh bless your heart i know its easy said then done but try to enjoy and always think positively. Take each day as it come wish u the best

I can’t wait to tell people, but going to try to keep it between me and my husband until first scan!

MrsKPenguin · 11/01/2021 19:53

Me too! 💕

MrsKPenguin · 12/01/2021 18:51

Hi ladies. I found out 1 week ago I am pregnant for the first time 🥰 it is all a bit new and scary at the moment. I was just wondering if anyone has experienced lower tummy pain? A bit like period pains with the occasional stab!
According to the nhs calculator I am due around sept 11th ☺️
Just feeling a bit anxious about it all and so worried something will go wrong xx

bluemagicalsky · 12/01/2021 19:18

Hi Ladies and congratulations! I got my BFP this morning at 16DPO. My line isn't as dark as some I have seen, so I'm a little worried especially after a chemical last month but I have everything crossed and will hopefully see some line progression on Thursday. What does everyone think of the line? Due date 19/20th Sept ish!

Hi @MrsKPenguin I'm a first timer too. I'm having some lower stomach aching as well and MAJOR lower back pain. Hoping it's all part of the process ☺️

@bluemagicalsky congratulations! Ah could well just be the adjustments to growing a small person then! 😍 it's the most surreal thing!
Hope you are doing ok ☺️ xx
