PREGNANT STRAIGHT AFTER OVARIAN CYSTECTOMY?

Hello ladies,
Hope the new year is treating you all well :)
I recently found out I'm pregnant. I'm about 5 weeks and it was not planned but I am very happy :) I was on the pill but I had to take 2 courses of antibiotics as I had a wound infection and cellulitis following a large ovarian cyst removal (laprascopically) a few weeks before I conceived . I didn't skip any days of the pill and took them at the same timings so the only thing I can think is that the birth control may have reacted with the antibiotics?
My biggest concern is if the fact I very recently had an ovarian cyst removed may cause any complications during pregnancy. I'm worried it isn't fully healed down there and may harm the baby. I'm 23 (have PCOS) and have already had two operations to remove large dermoid cysts (the first time they removed part of the ovary as it was 13cm and I had a c section open surgery. The second was a few weeks before getting pregnant but was a laprascopic surgery as it wasn't as big).

If any mums or mums to be have found them self in a similar situation I would greatly appreciate it :)
Thanks in advance

Hi
I know this is an old post but I wondered how you got on? Hope all went well with your pregnancy.
I had a laparoscopy to remove 2 dermoid cysts last week and hoping to start ttc again as soon as I’m recovered.
