Period 3 weeks late now pink discharge?!

Hi! So I wanted to know if anybody else is in the same boat.
My period is now 3 weeks late, cycle day 58, pregnancy tests all negative (last one was a week ago), I had blood tests but because of the holidays I won’t hear back until next week. Anyway, this morning me and my partner had sex, and my lower abdomen felt quite tender afterwords? We were not rough or anything iykwim, it just felt quite aggravated.
Anyway tonight I just went to pee and noticed pink discharge when I wiped, I don’t think I’ve ever had pink blood, when my period comes it’s usually quite full on from the start.
Has anybody had similar? I’m pulling my hair out going crazy here!

The negative tests would lead me to say you are not pregnant. Despite what many think, it is actually quite common to skip a period, even for women who are very regular. You could be having a random irregular cycle. The spotting could be post coital related or it could be a small breakthrough bleed/spotting due to your own hormones trying to regulate.

Could also be a symptom of cancer- when was your last smear? Could be worth discussing with your gp
