Large amount of fluid around the baby, no GD, unsure what it could be

Hi..

At my 28 week growth scan (get regular scans due to high blood pressure) they noticed I was carrying extra fluid around baby and she was also off the centile chart for her abdominal circumference.

My gestational diabetes result came back fine, and they now have me measuring my glucose, which is also fine, however at my last scan I had glucose in my urine.

I am suffering terrible with UTI and kidney infections, however my blood pressure is stable. I am measuring at 34 weeks when I am 29+4 weeks, so presumably carrying a big baby.

I have (I know I shouldn't) been Googling causes for extra fluid and some stuff has been upsetting me and I've became concerned, especially because the midwives and consultants aren't sure why I'm carrying extra fluid.

Had anybody else been polyhydramnios (not sure how it's spelt) and everything been fine? Or any stories about what it meant for them?

Thanks in advance.
