Having contractions all day finally lost mucus plug

Hi Been having contractions all day finally mucus plug and it had a little bit of blood in it how long do you think it can take for active labour I'm 38+3

I had DS1 about 12 hours after I lost mine, I'd had my first contraction a few hours before that. I was 39+2.
