Any recommendations for books for first time parents please? Seems so many options and I’d love recommendations!

My favourite so far is Like a Mother by Angela Garbes (it's American though)

For pregnancy - positive birth company by milli hill - she has 3 books that were really useful

For new parents - the wonder weeks going through the developmental weeks - they also have an app - it goes through Mile stones and sleep regressions

Your Baby Week by Week, link below. Someone gave it to us for our first baby and it is excellent, easy to read and spot on in terms of what's happening each week post birth, things to look out for and advice. I've even bought it for friends as I rate it so much.
Amazon link here but do shop around as I don't recall it being this expensive in the past:-

@Sosocold I've just downloaded a sample on the kindle and will definitely be purchasing the full book - thank you :-)

@Sosocold I’ve literally just bought this book earlier this evening. I’ve heard lots of good things but perhaps that the part about sleep training is to be taken with a pinch of salt? X
