If you tracked BBT when TTC when did you stop?

I'm curious, really... did you stop tracking your BBT when you got pregnant? If so, when? Are there any benefits to continuing?

Personally I'm thinking I'll stop tracking any day now (just over 4 weeks pregnant) because tracking won't change anything now I'm pregnant, it just seems like a faff (always did when TTC, but it served a purpose!). However I'm curious as to what other people do - I can't seem to find much information!

This time round, stopped around 5 weeks. Just for curiosity. It's been steady since before 4 weeks

That's the trouble, I'm curious! I've also enjoyed watching my chart shift to a triphasic pattern. Trouble is, I know I'll panic at the slightest temperature drop, now... best to pack it in, I reckon!

I stopped a couple of days after BFP as my friend had a dip in hers and panicked, so I thought it was worth avoiding that scenario. There's so many other things to worry about at that stage (I was testing to watch line progression too) that I personally think it's not worth it to continue with the BBT. Congratulations on the BFP!Smile

I got my BFP on 27th August and took my last temp on 13th Sept. It felt like a bit of reassurance that things were progressing and honestly it was a habit that took a little while to break haha. So about two weeks later I stopped.
