Have I had a Chemical pregnancy?

I got 3 BFPs, (1 digital) on Christmas Eve,

But yesterday I had really really bad cramps yesterday, to the point that I had to lie down and take paracetamol.

Today my tests are showing negative and I have pink spotting when I wipe/go to the toilet. (Period due yesterday)

Was I never pregnant at all or does this sound like a chemical?
I had a MC at 10 weeks in October and my head is just all over the place.

If it is a chemical would that mean it’s a 2nd miscarriage or does it not “count”, I would only be 4/5weeks.
I heartbroken and feel like Iv lost but so far people don’t understand why I feel like this

Sorry you’re going through this. It does sound a bit like a chemical. I had more or less the same happen. I think all you can do is wait a couple of days and test again if your period hasn’t arrived. In terms of whether it “counts” - yes and no. If you have another miscarriage then technically that’s three and you could start some investigations for recurrent miscarriage - but it is super super common to have chemical pregnancies and in my mind it doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong, I wouldn’t worry as much about it as if you had two 10 week miscarriages in a row, IYSWIM? So it doesn’t mean things won’t work out in a future cycle. I don’t mean that to minimise what you’re feeling now, but just to give you some positivity still - hope that makes sense.
