Hi all,

Awaiting our arrival in march and trying to get the nursery ready! Struggling to find nice cot bedding sets, where do you buy your bedding?
Thank you!

Asda do nice cot sheets. They also do nice toddler bedding sets for when they’re a bit older

Personally I’ve always found grobags the best thing for sleeping in. You can buy them much cheaper in txmaxx

Congratulations, not long now!

I think most people just go for a simple fitted sheet and then put baby in a sleeping bag.

However, as you're decorating the nursery now, I'm imagining that the bedding might just be for show until your baby is moved in there at 6 months old (as babies should sleep in same room as parents until at least that age as it reduces the risk of SIDS).
In that case, I'm sure someone else will come along with some good bedding recommendation!

Babies cots don’t need bedding sets.
They need a fitted sheet maybe a cellular blanket (we just used GroBags).
Anything else is for show and a total waste of money.

Thank you for responses.. I have already got the fitted sheets and sleeping bags - it was more just for decoration until she is old enough enough sleep in there. Seems I might be better to wait until then!

Thank you xx

Zara home have gorgeous bedding for kids. Only used since DS moved into a toddler bed but think they do it all in cot sizes too.

I was the same OP, really struggled to find anything nice. I just wanted to make the nursery look nice and "finished" despite numerous unhelpful comments about not putting baby in nursery til 6 months old.....I thought I must be the only person who's ever wanted to make the nursery look nice before baby arrives 🤣

Ended up getting a lovely set from mamas and papas. £100 just to make the cot look pretty....sitting empty.....oh well it's my first 😂🥰

We really like the asda bedding, nice but reasonably priced!
