24 weeks pregnant with twins one quite high up in ribs

One of twins sits quite high up, it feels like my organs are being pushed to the outside of my ribs and some firm rubbing on the bottom of them (only way to describe it) My skin on the outside can be itching but mostly tight and feels numb to touch when im going through this.
Has anyone had this? Im due a scan on Friday but the position of the babies won't mean much because it only starts near bed time and through the night.
I think if anything it's the numbness that is starting to worry me.

Singleton pregnancy but lying in bed right now at 34 weeks with exactly this! Pressure on the spot it hurts us only thing to help it. Unfortunately I also had this last time and the only thing to relieve it properly was having the baby

I had this with my twins, I could barely eat anything from about 26 weeks as my stomach was so squashed.it wasn't fun, you have my sympathy. I had excess fluid too which didn't help.

Aww im so tired, didnt sleep much at all, also had a burning sensation in my chest. It's morning now and baby is still in my ribs. I tired putting my hand there firmly which helped me drop off back to sleep for abit.

One of my twins - the biggest one! Is transverse so horizontally wedged up in my ribs - I'm 32 weeks. His position hasn't changed much though as he's gotten bigger and yeah it's bloody uncomfortable 99% of the day and night 😢

This is my second set of twins and i dont remember pain like this with them. These have been good until recently, last night when i moved it felt like something was trapped between my ribs and it made a sound, very worrying. Today we have been shopping and now they hate me haha haven't stopped moving all day. Many would love the feeling but with twins it feels like im going to faint. Hoping for a decent sleep tonight though.
