If I ovulated late, should I knock off a week from LMP?

The nhs epu say according to my LMP I'm 6 weeks but my early scan showed only a yolk sac measuring 4-5 weeks. I have a rescan In a couple weeks. This month I got pregnant I ovulated a week late, should I mention to them? The reason for an early scan was concern for ectopic but its intrauterine
