It started about an hour ago. I first noticed it in my left hipHmm but it’s seemed to have travelled all across my the very bottom of my stomach. Also getting a few ‘niggles’ (best way I can describe) in my back. Not exactly painful but uncomfortable and I can only describe it as the type of ‘achey’ pain where you just feel the need to bend over (or maybe that’s just me) you get during a period. I’ve tried standing up, sitting down, lying on my back, lying on my side but it’s just not going away. It’s not exactly in a pattern, it’s more of a constant feeling. Is it worth giving triage a ring?

They may simply tell you to take paracetamol and monitor the pain, or they may want to see you. It's not mothering if you're after a bit of advice...
