Lower back and abdominal pain after miscarriage

As the title says really, has anybody experienced lower back pain and abdominal pain after having a miscarriage?
Bleeding stopped a week ago but pain is still there. Not really bad, but uncomfortable and annoying. Not on shoulder and not on one side which I think would mean ectopic.

Got a negative pregnancy test yesterday too.

Tried to get through to doctors today but they seem to have a problem with their phone line or are ridiculously busy as other people have had problems getting through as well.

Hey, sorry for your loss Flowers

I had this after mine. Next 2/3 cycles I had a lot of cramping. GP said it was normal and just everything getting back to normal.

Sorry for your loss. I started to miscarry on Thursday and the EPU advised lower back pain was to be expected. I’ve been experiencing shoulder pain for the last 12hrs but negative test whilst at EPU so assuming it can’t be caused by ectopic.
