Heavy boobs sore nipples

How can my boobs and nipples be so sore already?! Surely 6 weeks is too early for this 😩

I don't know what I can do to help ease the soreness!!

Are you still in underwired bras? If so try switching to non wired. Mine were still painful but nothing like they were before I switched.

I wear sports bras majority of the time, literally just wear a normal bra in the evenings once I've had a shower.
Saying that though my sports bra aren't the best ones!

7+2 here and my boobs are KILLING. They feel soo heavy & just so sore. Trying to find a bra that fits nice is a nightmare as well. Everything feels far too tight 😤
