Constant non-stop fuzzy, bubbly sensation in tummy.. this can’t be baby?

Hello!
I’m 19+2 and I believe I felt baby move for the first time last week as had a moment of flutters on and off over a couple of days. On Saturday I definitely felt something roll! Which was lovely..

The last two days, I have pretty much been feeling constant bubbling or fuzzy feelings, the fuzzy feeling like pins and needles in the part of my stomach under the belly button. This can’t be baby this often can it? Literally every time I’m resting I have this sensation and I’m wondering is it trapped wind or stomach gurgling? Would anyone trouble a midwife for this? I am in no pain and feel fine, but I am now questioning that what ive been feeling for a week is even baby as now it’s constant, I am 99.9% sure that it can’t be baby.

This will be first baby too

Sharing any thoughts on or similarities would be great please! Thanks all
