Baby measuring huge - birth options

This is my first baby, have measured over 98th percentile at my 28 and 32 appts, now at 34 weeks baby has gone above that curve too. Midwife said my bump is all definitely all baby, so not thinking it could be extra fluid.

I've been referred for a growth scan at 36 weeks. I'm just wondering now if baby is measuring as big as they think, what will be the plan going ahead? I'm terrified to try and push a big baby out. I'm only tiny myself! I just want a safe delivery.

Has anyone been in this situation before? Would love to hear others experiences, thanks!
