It’s to do with the scanning machine I think, like what frequency they have it on (if that’s the right terminology) and what type of scan they are performing hence the OB being obstetric as it will format the machine differently.

Those figures are to do with the machine im pretty sure. Hz (hertz) is a measure of frequency. I also read the cm is to do with the lens of scanner but dont quote me on this. Pretty sure this part of scan has nothing to do with baby.
