This is my fourth pregnancy and haven’t had any bleeding at this stage before, the past few days I’ve noticed that I’ve been bleeding on and off, watery blood. Some tiny tiny clots in it. Well right now I have some cramps, it’s like it spreads from my back and down into my thighs. This too is on and off. I’ve been extremely tired and am presenting with cold like symptoms

Hi, are you okay?

Some bleeding is harmless and common between 6-8 weeks. Some other bleeding is more concerning.

In my experience when it doesn't end well you know pretty quickly that's the case.

Defo speak to your doctor or midwife If you are concerned. Bleeding of any kind should be reported x

Hi @Wantsadvice1978909 I'm experiencing this at the moment too. Have you been in touch with your midwife? I've been referred to EPU for a scan on Monday. I'm meant to be having my 12 week scan on Wednesday. Does it completely stop? Mine seems to be in the morning and then stopped by evening but it's been this way for the last 3 days. Hope you're okay.
