I'm about 7 weeks pregnant. I have lost my appetite, begun to feel slightly nauseous and got sensitive to smells. I also have a bitter taste in my mouth. I think I should buy some candies to get rid of the taste. Do you feel the same? What do you do?

I'm 16 weeks and I still have this symptom. I've found mint humbugs work quite well or having a drink of really cold water.

You need satsumas

Salt and vinegar crisps helped me. I really suffered in my first trimester but it did eventually go.

Queenbee95 · 18/12/2020 13:27

Nothing helped me at all. Was especially worse when I was eating/drinking. It dimmed down a little around week 16, but I still do have it every now and then at 21 weeks now

I've had this since the start, am now almost 12 weeks. 10000% agree with the satsumas and crisps. Mints seem to make it worse 🤢

I still have this at 28 weeks 😫
