Anyone else gone overdue? Tips for encouraging labour

I'm 40+1 today, both of my others were born at 40+1 so obviously this one likes to be a bit different 🤣 any tips on encouraging baby out? What worked for you? Thankyou

I had a sweep. That got it moving or maybe it didn't but I had pains from about an hour after.

They sex, curry and some sort of tea brings it on but I can't think for the life of me which one.

Sex is proven to help as the sperm contains the same thing the induction pessary has. Clary sage is supposed to be good too and staying as active possible
