My first pregnancy I pretty much lived off fruit and toast until ms wore off Grin

peanut butter on toast
avocado on toast
egg on toast
apricot jam on toast

Oh and I couldn't stand anything sweet...even water tasted sweet, I had to put lemon in it

I couldn't touch chicken or crumpets, I remember being physically ill when I bit into a crumpet and I've never had one since! I loved McDonald's blend of coke zero, but it must be Maccy Ds and not in a bottle. Delicious!

Coffee, for a good while.

Had an awful few weeks where even the thought or mere mention of any type of salad leaf or green veg made me almost heave! That was not fun.

Ginger biscuits seemed to help nausea.

Oh- couldn't touch coffee, that means.

After the green foodstuffs thing passed, I ate pretty normally. Also loved Becks Blue non alcoholic beer which I discovered near the end of my first pregnancy- alcohol free but felt like a real treat.

I’m 11 weeks tomorrow and I swear everyday it changes. Whatever food or drink I think of I just heave. I force toast in the morning and the rest of the day is whatever I can eat without having to actually make something. Oh the joys 😂

Mine was coffee and green veg too! Although just cooked green veg like broccoli, green beans etc. Cold salad greens were OK.

A lot of days I could only eat one random meal or combination that I suddenly really fancied and this would change every day. For example one day the only thing I could stomach was a cheese and cucumber sandwich. I usually hate cold sandwiches!

I think I've been fairly lucky though, my food aversions seem to have abated this week (I'm 10 weeks)

Went off eggs - still am at present and baby is four months! I also went off tuna. Sometimes just the smell of dinner cooking made me feel sick. I was only ever physically sick once.

LOVED Capri sun and Dr Pepper - couldn't get enough of it. I can't remember craving any particular foods though.
