Who to call with bad stomach pain?

Hi all,

What do I do when I have abdominal pains/pains in my side? I have a mass near my Fallopian tube aswell so not straight forward pregnancy. I had a missed miscarriage earlier in the year. I am 11+5 now my dating scan is next Monday which I've been trying to wait for but I've had this pain on and off and got much worse last night and today. I told my midwife a few weeks ago who said call the gp to be prescribed some stronger pain killers. The pregnancy unit at my hospital know about my issue but the obstetrician won't see me until after I've had a dating scan. I have arranged for private mri scan but this isn't until Mid January
Today I called the EPU Who put me through to community midwives which was a voicemail and said only monitored in the mornings (?) I feel like I can't wait until Monday now and very anxious about a miscarriage again too. Feel like I'm going around in circles and no one is interested! What should I do?! I think if I call gp they will tell me to call back tomorrow morning, I went to a&e during my last miscarriage they said they couldn't give me a scan. Any advice please :(

I so sorry seems ur not gettin the care you need. Maybe call the epu back or go straight to a&e if your pain is bad

Call the GP and see if you can get a same-day phone appointment (some places do this, some don't, see what they have available). If not, call 111, and see what their advice is. You shouldn't be waiting on severe pain in pregnancy.

Thank you for all replies, I called EPU who said you can't refer, so call gp. Have called gp and got phone appointment at 6pm so guess I won't be seen today anywhere :(

Well no luck, gp called EPU who said no scans until Tuesday, my scan is on Monday anyway 🥴
