Hi, im new to mumsnet so just getting used to it. I am roughly 4/5 weeks pregnancy (LMP 07/11/2020). I have no sickness yet and little tired in early evening but I have been getting little pains and twinges in my pelvis and hip area. Is this normal? TIA xx

Yes it'll be growing pains and your body adjusting/changing if you get period like pains they're totally normal too

I had pains with my DS and worked myself into such a state about it that we had a scan at 5/6 weeks and they showed me a little dot with a flickering heartbeat. DS is now 4 and everything was fine!
The pain is likely to be perfectly normal, but keep and eye on it and if you’re concerned, or notice anything alongside it (drop in symptoms for example) contact your GP or midwife. Good luck and congratulations on your pregnancy x
