Early pregnancy at Christmas during a pandemic

Hi ladies just looking for some advice I got a very faint line the other day at 10dpo I’m gonna check again this Friday (AF due date) and hope to god it’s still there and stronger my question is if I am pregnant should I be visiting family over the Christmas period with cases rising and a possible new strain in the U.K. ?? What are you guys doing are you seeing family from different households??

I am almost ten weeks pregnant and planning to see my parents at Christmas, were all being sensible and i cant imagine having christmas without them, i hope you get the result you want

Congratulations 🎉 I found out I was pregnant last week and will still see limited family. Mine and DH’s Mums both live on their own so we will be having them over Christmas Day, can’t stand the thought of either of them being alone!

Hi ladies thanks so much for the replies fingers and toes crossed I get that positive this Friday to confirm I’m afraid to trust the early test , and I really wanna see my family over Xmas ❤️❤️

@Mamee01 Congratulations! I'd just weigh up the risks, you know your family best and their habits. Personally I'll be seeing close family where possible and avoiding any that are a bit unconcerned, for want of a better word x

U.K. 30 weeks now and see parents and will continue to do so (childcare bubble - I'm having twins and need all the help I can get). I'm lucky in that we live in an area where they have been doing mass walk in testing so parents tested regularly but before that as long as they were sensible - not using public transport etc then I was happy. They were furloughed anyway so not going to work

Ladies I just confirmed that little faint line at 10dpo was in fact a BFP 😮❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Over the moon thanks for all the advise above xxx
