You can get orthopaedic girdles to wear which helps with the joint mobility

OP I feel your pain !!
I'm 31 weeks & the last week or two , mine has become excruciating
I'm spending ages in a hot bath to try to ease the pain.
I've been told I have pelvic girdle pain ( PGP )

I'd suggest a pregnancy pillow ( if you haven't already got one )
I get my OH to rub tiger balm into my hips & back & it'll ease the pain enough to walk around

I hope you find a solution because I feel your pain xxx

Pelvic partnership website. Google it.

You might find a (private) osteopath or chiropractor with experience of issues with pregnancy (list of practitioners on pelvic partnership website).

Don't do things that aggravate it is you can.

Lots of tips on that website.

Plastic bag on your car seat so you can turn round more easily.

Don't lift or push ANYTHING. No hoover, no shopping trolleys, fuck all.

Find a women's physio who has experience in realignment.

Try to potter, time yourself to get up and walk a tiny bit, don't do long walks.

Support belt.

Bolster between your legs.

Decent pain relief from your GP.

I have been experiencing similar pains. I am going to see if there are some gentle stretches I can do to help.
