I’m so confused what is happening to me?

This thread could be long so I am sorry in advance, I am looking for other women with similar stories that could possibly help, or even try to explain..

I’m going to start with abit of a back story I had a chemical pregnancy in July, I had numerous positive tests but clear blue digital was the only one that said not pregnant and then I got negative afterwards, the EPU scanned me and said that’s what had happened I then had a normal period I came on after I got home from said scan.

Now, my last period was November 6th on December the 3rd, 3 days before expected period I took a pregnancy test and too my surprise two lines straight away the test had barely finished progressing, so I went straight for a clear blue, the next morning December 4th I took it, straight away pregnant. I told my partner and i was so excited, so was he but hesitant from the last situation but he was more at ease with the digital clear blue stating pregnant. During the week of finding out before and after I had really bad nausea everything was making me feel sick, my boobs hurt etc.

December 8th I woke up early hours with tummy pains went to the toilet all was fine went back to bed. When I went to the toilet later in the day I wiped and saw pink/red blood (Now I remember bleeding with my now 4 year old daughter everything was okay) I put a pad on and rang EPU they booked me in for a scan for December 15th and to phone back if it got worse. There was a few drops on the pad it seemed worse when I went to the toilet, by 11pm that night I had to phone EPU again as I had passed a clot and was in pain I got sent to my local a&e where they did blood tests, the blood test come back negative????

The 9th December it got better there was nothing on my pad all day just when I wiped but it was not pink it was going brown?🤷🏼‍♀️

The 10th again a couple of drops of dark and when I wiped until midnight when I went to the toilet wiped and there was a few more little clots,

the 11th absolutely nothing all was clear and fine and today the slightest brown when I wipe after the toilet..

I’m so confused how my pregnancy test has gone from 4 positives two different brands to a negative blood test to random bouts of spotting and occasional clots..

Id now be 5 weeks 1 day my boobs are still tender, I don’t feel as sick as I did I’m not borking at everything and every smell I come across, I do keep getting niggle pains in my belly lower abdomen and next to my belly button🤷🏼‍♀️

I don’t know what to think or what to do I’m terrified to go for my scan on Tuesday😭

Have you done a test since the bleeding? It could well be a chemical pregnancy. Up to 50% of pregnancies end in them. But it still sucks.

I'd test again (and unfortunately expect it to be negative given the blood test).

You should take another test and add what it says. Unfortunately it does sound like it could be a chemical again and if so, I am so so sorry this is happening.

Unfortunately chemical pregnancies are very very common, but if it wasn’t for early pregnancy tests, we wouldn’t even know about them. It’s a double edged sword - we naturally want to know ASAP if we’re pregnant, but testing too early can lead to pain and disappointment if it’s a chemical,

Do another test and see what it say, but I really hope I’m wrong and it works out.

I haven’t done another pregnancy test I don’t dare do one, I’m expecting the worst and the scan but kind of hoping for the best at the same time.

I had never heard of chemical until I had one in July but I knew something was off with that one when the digital wasn’t detecting anything..

And this time it’s the blood test in a&e that’s threw me completely off but then my bleeding isn’t like period bleeding at all x
