Hi all,
I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I've had low-level stomach aches for days now. It's a dull pain, quite high up, all the time. Has anyone else had this? It's my gut not my womb, doesn't come with nausea, but very grumbly tummy. Is it hormonal? Any thoughts welcome. R
