Just wondering if anyone else has had their baby measuring on the 5th centile at 27+ weeks? And what the outcome was? I’m having another scan at 32 weeks so can only sit and try not to worry until then! Thank you in advance for any replies xx

One of my twins was well below even the 2.5 percentile at 27 weeks and still is. The hospital are happy as long as she grows consistently - she's just doing her own thing in there x

Thank you for reply! How far along are you now? Have they mentioned an earlier delivery? They said to me if baby has dropped anymore by next scan (6th Jan) there’s talk of induction but I’ll only be 31+3 then so slightly nervous! Congratulations to you btw xxx

I'm 30+1 - baby has been measuring small since 22 weeks so I've had a lot more monitoring scans so they can see the pattern of growth. With twins they don't let you go over 37 weeks anyway - early delivery has been measured but we are just plodding along in the meantime - I have another growth scan this week and then again at 34 weeks

My daughter was measuring on the 8th and when she arrived a week over due was on the 50th!! Weighed 7lb 14 in the end.

I am in a similar situation. At 28w our baby was measuring on the 10th percentile and from then i'm having scans every 4weeks. We were told they want to keep baby inside as much as possible but if she falls below the line they recommend an early labour.
If she keeps putting on weight and foĺlows the line, she might just be like our 1st daughter, healthy small baby.

My first was expected to be on the 15th. She was born at 41w and on the 6th. And because she was below the 10th percentile I was referred to a consultant very early on the pregnancy.
