1 faint positive 6/7dpo but then negatives

So confused! Got a faint positive 6/7 DPO but subsequently,I’ve had all negative tests.
Am I still in the running this month? Is it worth me waiting for AF or should I assume it’s an early miscarriage?

Wait until AF is due then test. 6/7dpo would be very early for a positive, could have been an evap.

Agree 6/7 dpo likely to have been an evap as this would normally be too early for implantation. If you did implant early it could have been a chemical? Sorry. I would test again when your period is due. Good luck.

6/7dpo highly unlikely to be BFP unless you weren't sure on your ovulation dates. Also depends on the test you used.
It takes 5 days for an embryo to become a blastocyst and then it still has to hatch before it can implant and start creating hcg so pretty medically impossible to get a BFP at 6 DPO

I’ve been through this 3 times successfully pregnant but this time I’m stressing out so much!!! 🤦‍♀️🙈
So basically don’t count myself out just yet. AF due on Sunday. Fingers crossed she doesn’t show!! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
