Recently got my BFP, no idea how far I am as my cycles are all over but anywhere between 5weeks and 10 weeks going off last AF.

I'm taking folic acid but is there anything else I should be taking?

I had a MC last pregnancy and only found out 3 days before the MC so never really experienced much last time haha

With both of my children I took folic acid until I got a positive test then switched to pregnacare daily until they were born. Congratulations on your BFP xx

First of all, congratulations Grin
I also got my BFP about a week and a half ago too. Currently 5 weeks +5 with my first Smile
I am taking folic acid and also vitamin D x

This is from the NHS website:

“NICE recommends women should take 400 micrograms of folic acid each day, from before pregnancy until the end of the first trimester (first 12 weeks), and 10 micrograms of vitamin D daily throughout pregnancy and while breastfeeding. No other supplements are recommended for routine use.”

At least folic acid and vitamin D, if you can afford it I’d recommend a pregnancy multivitamin like pregnacare or the seven seas one

All you need is folic acid and vitamin d. You don’t need to take folic acid beyond 12 weeks.
