I've pretty much been having this since my bfp.

I'm nearly 14 weeks now and I haven't been for 8 days. 😬😬😬
I started lactulose yesterday.
Have been downing water. A glass of orange juice a day.
Today I have eaten a lot of prunes and a whole tin of baked beans on wholemeal toast to try and get some movement and still nothing.
I'm getting worried now as it's been over a week that I'm going to end up impacted.

I'm avoiding bananas and eggs . Drinking 2-2.5 liters of water a day and one strong coffee and orange juice

Personally I can’t stand fibregel, it congeales up to a jelly sometimes and it’s just nasty, lactalose is far better!
Bananas and eggs are a great source of potassium and protein so try not avoid!
What triggers me is a lot of fast carbs (like bread and crisps)
Fruit has good fibre to get you going ! Not having fibre could be the cause.
I recommend going on the nhs site instead of taking word of mouth it’s the safest option
