Just surprised to find out via the doctor that I am 7-8 weeks after having irregular periods on the pill for last few months so no appointments yet but will arrange tomorrow, Any advice. Nearly 40 and first time pregnant taking folic acid and vits but awful nausea.
Thanks ladies.

Congratulations! No advice as I had no sickness but now 18 weeks and I remember how unnerving the first 12 weeks are! Look after yourself and listen to your body x

Folic acid is the critical thing so you’re onto that. Then there’s just the nhs food guidance. Smile

@Mrslouu
Constant snacking helped with my nausea until it passed and I could stomach full meals again! Yogurt, snack a jacs and carrots/cucumber and hummus were my go to remedy. Hope you find something that eases yours too.
