Low Risk 12 week tests, high for my age?

I have my results back for Down's Syndrome etc and they're "low risk" my NT was 3.3mm & the bloods combined came back at 1:500. I'm only 21, so obviously worried about that due to my age. I know it's only 0.2% but am I being over dramatic? X

I had a very similar situation to you a few weeks ago. My NT was 3.1mm and I’m 30, combined risk was 1:180 for Down Syndrome. I ended up paying privately for the Harmony test which then came back 1:10,000 and has definitely put my mind at rest a bit. When you look at it practically your risk is extremely low but I completely understand how you feel, any risk to your baby seems far too high no matter how low it actually is. You’re not being dramatic, it’s natural to worry x
