Can I take vit d supplement on top of prenatals?

I don't know if you can overdose on vitamin D but I know at this time of year where it's dark a lot vitamin D is beneficial to take.

My prenatals contain 10 ug of vit d3?

I take 2000 IU daily on top of my prenatal vitamin that contains 20 ug. Was prescribed by my MW who said it's very important!!
My levels were checked before pregnancy and were borderline deficient though.

You can take up to 100ug/4000IU per day but shouldn't exceed that without medical advice

Thank you! I'm definitely going to take some additional vitamin D. I feel SO sluggish and tired and I imagine it pregnancy related also but I don't think the lack of sunshine is helping 😣
