Please help me- white thing in toilet?

Im nine weeks, very early on i know. I just went to the toilet for a #2 (sorry) and i felt discharge come out as i finished and when i looked down the toilet there was two or three tiny tiny white lumps kind of looked like tissue or a lump of discharge, the largest bit being the size of a baked bean maybe a tad smaller? Im starting to seriously panic!! Have i lost my plug or am i just being too paranoid?? It doesnt look like a plug compared to the plugs i saw on google images but I dont want to lose my first baby :( thanks to anyone who replies... i found nothing on google, i already flushed so i cant dig it out and have it analysed or anything .... x what should i do? Is it nothing or something serious?

Hello! Didn't want to read and run! Sounds like just discharge to me, please try not to worry!

Unless you lose blood (and even then spotting/bleeding can happen in a healthy pregnancy) try to relax.

I do get how anxious a time it is waiting for that first scan.

Thank you so much for the comforting words! Im trying not to cry im that panicky!! (Silly i know) I hope you are right its a shame i didnt get a picture. You're right there its so nerve wrecking!! Also thank you so much :) x

Your plug is only just forming around now, so it probably is just a bit of excess mucus. Don't panic! Try and breathe and get some sleep x

@onetwothreeonetwothree oh god thats such a relief.... thank you so much ☺️ i thought it had already formed by now for some reason (first pregnancy im a bit of a novice!!)

Very early on it sort of forms and disintegrates a bit then forms again. Wouldnt worry too much! Also preggo discharge can just be a bit mucusy overall!
