How long did it take you to get pregnant after mc?

I miscarried last week and am mourning the missed opportunity. I keep reading online about people being more fertile following a mc. I need something to work towards mentally (obviously I'm not sure when I'll next ovulate).

How long did it take you to get a positive test after a mc?

I had a MMC, took a while to treat but once treated it was five weeks for my period to return (I waited as knew I wouldn't be able to handle any uncertainty around dates were I to fall pregnant again) and I got pregnant that cycle. Now almost 26 weeks. Good luck xx

Miscarried last January at 6.5 weeks, pregnant again in April but unfortunately miscarried again really early. Then pregnant again in August and nearly 18 weeks along now.

The first time I felt ok about things bit after the second I felt desperate to be pregnant again and it felt like an eternity before it happened, but was only 4 months!

1 month to get period back and then 4 cycles after that.

I took three months off TTC after MMC to take care of my health. Then got pregnant next cycle. However I try to accept things in life and not take anything for granted, and I'm trying to live life in a way that makes me fulfilled no matter the outcome of this pregnancy too. I think this practical approach helped me get through the first, unsuccessful pregnancy. To all you ladies who unfortunately had to go through miscarriage, best of luck in all your endeavors, it does help to have a number of goals and not hyperfocus on TTC.

Just as an update, am now 5 weeks pregnant again. I fell the second cycle after mc (first cycle was exactly 4 weeks later).

Hopeful this one will stick and look forward to getting beyond the point I started to miscarry in November (6+2).

I'm 4 weeks to the day post medical management for a MMC with first pregnancy and awaiting AF. Planning TTC again after that and hearing experiences like yours gives me and others hope.
