Pregnant and worried

Hey girls, I’m so try for the long story but I need some advice.. I started spotting pale pink every time I wiped on the 17th, I went to my go who then sent me for a scan at the early pregnancy unit.. they had to do an internal scan and baby was doing fine I was 8+2.. as time went on the spotting never stopped but on Saturday 28th 2 days ago I started bleeding like I was having a period and started passing clots.. no major pains. I feel like I have lost the baby 😢 has any experienced this kind of bleeding and baby was still doing ok?

Have you been back to EPU? What has your midwife said about the increase in bleeding?

I was at the hospital yesterday due to increased bleeding but they didn’t seem concerned. The woman said because we’ve already seen baby on scan and the heart beat was flickering away she wasn’t going to check me there and then in stead I have to go back for another scan on Friday! How can they possible make you wait that long.

She also said some women do bleed in the first trimester but surely not this much and with so many clots right?
