I’ve just found out that I’m expecting #4, which means I’ll have 4 under 7 and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t really nervous. We hadn’t planned to have any more so it’s taking me some time to get my head around it. Just started a new job, kids already a handful etc etc.
The main issue I have at the moment is that I always feel horrendous. Exhausted, sick, bloated. If I’m going to get through this in one sane piece I need to feel the best I can and that means I need to sort my diet out. Can anyone help me with what to eat in pregnancy? I’m usually a bread fiend but I’ve realised that carbs just make me feel worse so I need to come up with some meal plans that will give me more energy and feel stronger. Thanks in advance!
