10+2 weeks don’t feel pregnant

Hi it’s my first so I’m not really sure what I’m meant to feel. I’ve had a pretty easy time with the odd time being sick feeling nauseous and sore boobs but nothing severe. Now 10+2 and feeling pretty much myself before I was pregnant. Is this normal I just wish there was more symptoms to know everything is fine, getting my dating scan at 13 weeks and it can’t come quick enough.

I’m the same. 12 weeks, and got my scan Tuesday. I’ve been feeling mostly normal since 9/10 weeks.

Babyontheway21 · 28/11/2020 15:20

Oh really. The first few I felt crampy, my boobs were agony and feeling nauseous more than what I do now. It’s almost as if I wish I was being sick more often and feeling shattered which is crazy I know the people that do get a tough time in the first trimester would be telling me to be quiet but I’ve felt for the most of it great.

@Babyontheway21 honestly, I’m exactly the same! I had a few weeks of feeling quite nauseous and crappy, my boobs were so heavy and achey and I went off most food. But now my boobs are just sensitive, I’m pretty hungry all the time and tired and that’s about it! I had a scan at 9 weeks and everything was fine, so hopefully everything will be on Tuesday but it’s so hard not to worry.

Babyontheway21 · 28/11/2020 15:37

That’s good to hear, was that a private scan? I’m tempted to do that 13 weeks seems so far away still. I am hungry all the time but I don’t even have the tiredness. I just hope it’s just very comfortable where it is and that’s why I’m not really feeling up nor down. Has your bump started to show yet ?

Hey! I’m 10+4 and have been feeling really normal for the last few days - I keep getting really worried about it! But then today my nausea/tiredness/food aversions have been back with a vengeance.. I’m hoping it doesn’t last too long now it’s back..!

Babyontheway21 · 28/11/2020 20:37

The food aversions I do get, the MW did say they can come and go and just be happy I am getting them the way i am instead of weeks of being ill. Still u can’t help worry can you.

@Babyontheway21 yeah, it was a private reassurance scan! I had a blighted ovum in my last pregnancy and was terrified of it happening again. I did notice a tiny hint of a bump this morning actually, but mostly just bloat!

ShalomToYouJackie · 28/11/2020 20:44

The placenta takes over between 9 and 12 weeks and your symptoms start to fade. I got a private scan at 10 weeks as I was so worried.

17+3 now and still don't feel pregnant at all!

Babyontheway21 · 28/11/2020 20:46

I’m glad I’m not alone. I know as it progresses I’ll be wishing I was feeling like this but just now I’d like to know it’s all ok

Ive barely had any symptoms, just sore boobs and the odd bit of nausea the whole way through. I'm 13 weeks now and had my scan last week and all fine. Was very worried beforehand but now feel much more relaxed and also lucky that I'm having an easy time so far!

jellybe · 28/11/2020 21:13

With my first I had slightly sore boobs and that was it. Other than a pee stick telling me I was pregnant I wouldn't have known. Wasn't sick, wasn't overly tired nothing. I was convinced that my 12 week scan would show that something had gone wrong. But it didn't, DD is now 11.

Babyontheway21 · 28/11/2020 21:45

Oh my goodness hasn’t heard of a blighted ovary sorry to hear about that. I’m so happy to hear all of your stories and the positive outcomes. I guess I need to stop worrying until the scan.

I barely had any symptoms- chucked up twice (one may have been a dodgy sandwich at work) and went through a bit where I didn't want to eat much other than beige foods (but wasn't nauseated by anything healthy).

If it hadn't been for lack of periods I wouldn't have known.
The result is now two and a half and currently drooling on my arm.

Babyontheway21 · 28/11/2020 22:00

Grin that’s great news! I am off a lot of food to be honest that’s probably my main symptom now. Every now and then I’ll want to boke for no reason but I feel great other than that. The fact that my scan is at 13 weeks rather than 12 is driving me crazy but I’m nearly there
