Hi all , im after some advice first time parent or will be when I'm due in May. My dad wants to take advantage of black friday and buy us a travel system to save us the cost . I love the cossato ones with the bright patterns however I'm concerned my husband is 6ft 5 and I'm 5ft 9 so chances of a small baby are slim so we dont want something that baby will grow out of too quickly and I also want something that is comfy for hubby to push. any experiences or advice for the best travel systems for big babies and their tall dads please

We had a baby jogger one with adjustable handle bar as my husband is very tall. I think adjustable handle is key! We've had massive babies so far and they lasted about 5 months in the carrycot before being too long.

Also has a fab massive basket!

We are the same heights and have the Stokke Trailz. The carrycot sits really high too which is perfect !

The brand Joolz is designed for taller people

We had the Joolz day.

I was looking at the Cosatto Wow but when I went to see it in a store it didn't seem as sturdy as the Oyster 3 which was my other choice so we went for that! I'm 5ft 11 and my partner around 6ft 4, it has an adjustable handle and also the seat unit can be extended so when your toddler is taller they don't outgrow it as fast as the Cosatto! Let me know if you want anymore information about it ☺️

We've got a joie chrome. The handle is fine for my 6ft husband without being adjusted and comes out 5/6 inches more, the carry cot is also long compared to others I've had. It's also good value at about £350 for the full travel system.

Uppababy Vista is great if you’re tall.

The Uppababy Vista is great for tall people

One thing to also watch for is the brake position. We have a Cossato and the brake is a big pedal in the middle which tall DH often accidentally kicks when walking along, bringing things to a sudden stop!

YY to Joolz. I’m 5ft 9 and DH is 6ft 2 & this is what we’ve gone for.

My DHs family are very tall - BIL is 6ft 4 and recommended we looked at Joolz as he has one, and he and FIL (6ft 6) can push & bend to it with ease.
