Gestational sac 7.1 x 6.5 x 4.2mm irregular shape

Hi all
I have posted previously about a flattened gestational sac. I’ve had another scan (on Thursday) and the sac is recorded as 7.1 x 6.5 x 4.2 mm. I am 7 weeks since my LMP although I think I ovulated later so I am probably more like 5 and a half weeks.

I’m back for another scan but wondered if anyone else had experienced an irregular shaped gestational sac and whether it resulted in a positive outcome or a miscarriage? I’ve had two miscarriages since May this year so I am concerned.
