Hi All. Has anyone used the wrist bands for your morning sickness. Would you recommend them?

Yes, I'm wearing them constantly and I think they help. Mine are getting loose now though so I think I need new ones.

@Crazybirdlady i got mine yesterday. I felt like they worked today. Do you sleep with them on? I took mine off about 2 hours ago and i feel rubbish now. X

Yep. I’m on baby number 4 and they’re a life saver.

Julybaby2021 · 21/11/2020 00:26

@Trees2905 do you wear them in bed or put them on first thing in the morning??

I wear them in bed too. I was waking up nights gagging so I feel I need them round the clock. I only take them off to go in the shower and then put them on again straight away.
I'm hoping and praying the worst of the sickness has passed for me now though.

They did nothing for me! I do have HG though so maybe they help with morning sickness.

Cally222 · 21/11/2020 10:11

Worked for me! I would pop them on whenever I had nausea and they would work within a few minutes

EveningReflection · 21/11/2020 22:40

They were just snake oil for me I'm afraid.

Whatthedoodle · 21/11/2020 23:13

I wore them all the time for the first 12 weeks due to horrendous nausea. I think they worked a tiny bit but I barely took them off to know. I used to keep a pair specifically to shower in so I wouldn’t have to go without them. They’re definitely worth trying!

Julybaby2021 · 21/11/2020 23:36

Thanks ladies for all your replies. This has been my 2nd day wearing them. I feel like they're working slightly but i feel like ive been kicked all over 😰 so less nausea but so achy & roasting😭 anyone else feel like this?

I think you need to take them off so they reset, or your body just gets used to them and they stop working. Hope you find something that helps! The thing that helped me the most for nausea was not letting my blood sugar dip, and nibbling frequently- my nausea was definitely worse on an empty stomach.
