Reduced movements

Hi.. is it normal for babies to have quieter days in the womb? I'm 30 weeks and have been the hospital a few times already with worrying about reduced movement and everything has always been fine, I'm having another one of them days today... the baby has moved but definitely not as much as usual... I know sometimes if they are facing the other way this can mean you don't feel as much but it doesn't help with the worry as I suppose I don't know the position of what way the baby is facing... any tips?? I feel silly going the hospital for a 4th time ... what to do!!

Yeah it is such a worry when you notice the change in movements .. let time I got checked at the hospital the midwife said she had seen a rise in mum coming in anyway because of covid.... I think because we are all doing a lot less than normal we focus on it more and then it causes worry... she said the levels of anxiety in new Mins has really increased aswell... she obviously said if I'm ever worried to call and they would more than likely ways bring you in but they have seen a rise in worried mums this year... thing is aswell I don't think the movements are always the same anyway and it's hard to judge but I suppose we always know how to follow the right instinct x
