Hi! I know this has been done to death but I got a BFP about 10 days ago and have no symptoms, except for feeling super irritable all the time (but that might just be me being grumpy). It's almost easy to forget I'm pregnant at all. Is anyone else in the same boat?? Any tips on how to stay calm?

Hey OP - I’m about a week ahead of you. Up until the middle of last week I had no symptoms at all apart from feeling quite tired. Fast forward a week and my boobs are really really sore and the nausea/food aversions have started (albeit quite moderate). I know it’s hard not to worry (I was the same) but with each week I am finding small changes are happening. I’m praying this is as bad as my nausea gets! All the best for a happy and healthy pregnancy xx

@MilkshakeandChips5 I have a two year old boy and remember having no symptoms in the first 8/9 weeks and then I only started to feel a bit tired after that point and craved salty chip shop chips! I remember saying to my husband before the 12 week scan what if I go in and there is no baby as I just don’t feel pregnant! I was and had a normal pregnancy. I’m not 5 + 2 and again have no symptoms other than a little tired but think that’s more down the fact I have a toddler to run around after. Try not to worry and enjoy being symptom free! Xx

@DMT1982 I literally just said exactly the same thing to my husband. Weirdly, he thinks it's obvious because my nipples look different BlushI just don't see it.

It's nice to have some reassurance so thank you!

15 weeks here and still no symptoms except a super spotty chin (mascne maybe? 😷🤔).

Anyway uterus ‘popped’ 2 weeks ago but you can’t tell to look at me so yeah, it’s like normal really 🤷‍♀️

I spent a few weeks worrying but after the 12 week went well I just realised there’s so much else to worry about without also worrying about ‘nothing’ and now I just feel lucky 🍀 enjoy it!

Enjoy it while it lasts, I was the same. I just didn’t feel pregnant but boy did that change quick.

Hey OP

Omg take it from me and appreciate no symptoms. I was exactly the same as you and then I hit 6 weeks and the sickness has been awful. God know why they call it morning sickness when it lasts all day! The thought of food 🤢

Xx

Enjoy the no symptoms!
I had nothing and thought I'd got off easy until I hit 8 weeks. It was rough!
Thankfully it's not for long and the second trimester is a lot easier :)

I'll save this post to revisit (hopefully) in a few weeks time and see how much I hate my previous self! It's so easy to forget at the moment. Although I did have a sneaky nap today when working from home but that's mostly because I'm lazy vs. anything else....

@MilkshakeandChips5 😂 every time I nap I blame it on being lazy!

Fingers crossed you’re one of the lucky ones who don’t suffer. But if we do.. buy yourself some chip sticks. They’ve become my best friend!xx
