Midwife Booking Appointment

Hey everyone, I have my midwife booking appointment at 10:30 today and then went to work for the afternoon. After work I have missed calls from the midwife number but no message left and they were shut when I finished. Any ideas why they would be ringing so soon after my appointment? TIA

Nope all booked in for January

Did you have a blood test?

Blood and urine test

Did she give you all your paperwork?

Really hard to say, could be anything.

Certainly here it's just a million questions so maybe one missed. Or forgot to give you vitamins, urine sample bottle for next appointment. Tell you to book flu jab, procedure for whooping cough jab.

Our booking appointment is ten weeks ish and then 12 week scan would be two weeks later somewhere else. You wouldn't see community midwife again until 24 weeks. Yours sound different if next appointment is January?

Yeah she gave my all my paper work and leaflets, where I'm from you get seen my midwife 8-10 weeks scan at 12 midwife at 16 and scan at 20. Wish she has left a message to stop me wondering all night. Thanks ladies

Hey, I had my booking in appt last week- blood and urine tests.

Midwife then called later that afternoon just to go through some questions with me. What were you asked at the appt? During the phone call I was asked for family/partners family medical history, previous pregnancies, allergies, surgeries etc. Could it have been for that information?!

I had that for bone conversation last week, and then they booked me in for everything else today x
