We got a few bits from there including a cot bed that was mega cheap compared to branded mamas and papas etc, except it looks identical other than for the badge.. All decent quality and been used for over a year now with no issues Smile

Yes definitely! I used to buy loads for my kids when they were babies (youngest is now 6). So a while ago but they were good!

I got a car seat from there that was on offer through the bounty app and no problems

I've had good service from them

Check Trust Pilot. I think you either have a great experience or awful. I knew it was a risk when I ordered some toys. Got most of my order within timescale, but 2 toys out of stock and after 3 months I was fed up and tried to contact them. They never answer the phone. Their apology emails say you can claim a refund no problem, but there is no where on the site to claim a refund and when I asked for one 3 times they just kept saying they were still trying to contact the manufacturer. In the end I've had to put a claim through Amazon Pay and suddenly I had a flurry of emails. Still no refund...I sent a message saying I was going to take it further with Amazon Pay etc and eventually they've agreed to a refund. I personally wouldn't order from them again.

I’ve bought a lot from Precious Little One and it’s all been great :) fast delivery too, but even when things have been delayed they are really good at sending constant updates so you don’t feel forgotten about.
They do sell some big brands on there for lower prices as well- loads of mamas & papas stuff.

Unicornsparklez · 14/11/2020 23:35

I've never had any major problems with them. Used them a couple of times now. I did end up with a a delay on one of my orders but they did update with the timeframe and offered a similar item if I needed something sooner. I got an email when the item was dispatched and it arrived the day after the new date I got given. I guess it's okay if you have time to wait. With trust pilot you got to think people only feel compelled to write a review when they've had a bad experience. Not as many bother when they had a normal shopping experience. They probably have just as many people ordering without issues and happy with their order but don't write a review 🤷🏽‍♀️

Thanks everyone just going to stick to my regular brands just incase getting mixed reviews x
