33 weeks sharp pains very low down in pelvis / ovaries ??

Hi I’m 34 weeks I’ve been getting very low down pains today.
My baby is measuring big 5lb 9oz at 31 weeks and I have another growth scan on Tuesday.
I do have SPD as well but I’ve never had these pains before .
Has anyone else had this ?

Oh I also have Polycystic ovaries as well.
