It's been a struggle and often found myself gagging, but now it sits on the back of my tongue for ages. I was hoping this wouldn't last but it doesn't seem to be getting better.

Is there any toothpaste out there is isnt mint flavour.

The ones for little kids? I've seen banana, bubblegum, other sweet flavours. I don't think they have fluoride in them but that's not a biggie for a few weeks.

I was going to suggest a kids toothpaste too, my eldest (4yrs) has a real aversion to minty toothpastes. I got him a strawberry one from Tesco's (their own brand) and when comparing the fluoride level it's the same as our "adult" Colgate toothpaste. Could be worth a try?

There is Oranurse toothpaste. It is completely unflavoured and has the correct amount of fluoride. You can get it from Amazon.

Sorry op don't have any recommendations but after reading your title it bought back memories of wretching everytime I brushed my teeth or when I wore deodarant.... not nice.

There's Colgate ones that are cinnamon flavour or like the pp have said try the kids ones. Hope you find a solution.

I used arm and hammer, it's so bland compared to most adult Toothpastes and not as claggy so didn't make me boak as much.

Full sympathy, it's awful when brushing your teeth makes you vom and then you are in an endless cycle!

@Begonias just the worst never had this with my others. I am ok with my deodorant but my partner bless him. I have had to buy him some new stuff because his was just horrible it gave me a headache, hes also not allowed to wear aftershave 🤣. I feel sorry for him.

I used toddler strawberry toothpaste for a few months when pregnant

Spanglebangle · 13/11/2020 23:00

100% the kids toothpaste. If you get the 6+ ones the fluoride content is usually the same.
